Burntide Official Website › Disclaimer
Burntide Disclaimer
Burntide is a dietary supplement, not a drug, and it is not FDA-approved. Statements on this website have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration and the product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Individual results vary. This website is not the manufacturer.
Five disclaimers, each with the reasoning behind it rather than the boilerplate.
The Burntide FDA disclaimer
These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
That sentence appears in the footer of every page on this website and it is not decoration. Dietary supplements are not reviewed for safety or effectiveness before they go on sale. A manufacturer makes a structure and function claim on its own responsibility and carries this disclaimer alongside it. The FDA explains the framework and it takes ten minutes to read.
One consequence worth spelling out: a phrase like “supports a healthy metabolism” has not been assessed by anybody before it reached the jar. It is not a lie and it is not a finding. It is a permitted form of words, and the only way to judge a product carrying one is to look at what is in it and at what the research used. That comparison is on the ingredients page.
The Burntide medical disclaimer
Nothing on this website is medical advice and nothing on it should influence a decision about treatment.
- ✓For healthy adults 18 and over. Not for anyone under 18, and not for anyone pregnant or nursing.
- ✓Ask before you start if you are under a physician's care, take prescription medication, have a diagnosed condition or have surgery scheduled. The label says so and this desk repeats it.
- ✓Do not exceed the labelled serving unless a clinician directs otherwise.
- ✓A supplement is not a treatment. MedlinePlus and the National Institute on Aging are better first reading than any manufacturer page, including this one.
- ✓Take the jar with you. If you are asking a pharmacist or doctor about this product, the panel on the jar answers more of their questions than a printout will.
The Burntide results and testimonials disclaimer
Reviews and star scores on this website are supplied by buyers and published as supplied. They describe those individuals’ own experiences. They are not typical results and not a promise that any particular person will experience the same thing.
Two further things are worth saying about the review material specifically, because they shape how the reviews page is built. The distributor publishes an aggregate score and a one-line summary per reviewer rather than transcripts, so three sentences cover all eight named reviewers. And the supplier pack describes its review copy as layout material. So this website publishes the roster as a table with every real column in it, names the three summaries as summaries, prints the three attributed lines, and publishes no per-person review markup at all.
That is a less impressive review page than eight quote cards would be. It is also the only version of it that is true.
The Burntide references disclaimer
Every study cited on this website is real, was opened before it was cited, and is linked to its record. None of them tested Burntide.
| What the citations are | What they are not |
|---|---|
| Human trials and reviews of apple cider vinegar, at tablespoon doses of liquid vinegar | Trials of this gummy, or of any amount a 525 mg blend could contain |
| Human studies of exogenous ketones, at 10 to 25 g of salts or esters | Studies of three BHB salts sharing a 525 mg blend with vinegar |
| Government fact sheets on minerals, supplements and sodium | Endorsements of this or any product. No agency endorses a supplement |
| Institutional logos on the about page | Evidence of any relationship. Neither NCBI nor NEJM has assessed this product |
The reference list at the foot of every content page names each source in full with its PubMed identifier where it has one. If a link is broken or points somewhere other than the paper described, that is an error worth reporting to [email protected].
The Burntide blend transparency disclaimer
The last one is specific to this product and it is the reason this website exists in the form it does.
Burntide carries a 525 mg proprietary blend and the split is not published. Apple cider vinegar, BHB calcium, BHB magnesium and BHB sodium are declared together as one number, in descending order by weight. No individual amount appears anywhere on the label, in the artwork, or in the supplier paperwork this desk works from.
Wherever a page on this website would otherwise state an amount it does not have, it prints “not published”. That phrase is used deliberately and it never means zero. It means the figure exists and the manufacturer has chosen not to disclose it, which is legal and which is also the single most useful thing a buyer could be told.
One last point about the phrase itself. A reader who meets “not published” a dozen times across this website could reasonably conclude that the desk is being evasive. The opposite is the case. Every one of those is a place where a less careful page would have printed a number nobody supplied, and counting them is a fair way to audit this site. The count is highest on the ingredients page, because that is where the label withholds the most.
The same applies to the certificate of analysis. Certificate reference BUR-7406-26-BU is recorded in the supplier pack and described there as a draft label reference rather than laboratory proof. No analytical document has been supplied, so none is published, and none is invented. The four documents that would change this are listed on the quality page.
Burntide disclaimer questions
Why is the FDA statement on every page?
Because the claim asterisks were removed from visible text on this website, the disclaimer is tied to the claims by being present on the page rather than by a symbol. A page without it would be a real gap, not a formatting one.
Are the testimonials real?
They are supplied by the distributor as buyer feedback and published as supplied. This website cannot independently verify an individual review and says so, which is why the reviews page publishes the roster as a table rather than as quote cards.
Do the cited studies test this product?
No. Not one of them. Every study cited on this website tested an ingredient, usually at a much larger dose and often in a different form. No trial of the finished Burntide gummy exists.
What does not published mean?
That the manufacturer has not disclosed the figure. It appears most often against the split of the 525 mg proprietary blend. It never means the figure is zero and it never means this desk is estimating.
Is this website the manufacturer?
No. Burntidebalance is the Licensed U.S. retail desk for Burntide. The label names Burntide at 11870 62nd St N, Largo, FL 33773 as the distributor. Product facts follow the label and the manufacturer's sales page.
