How much apple cider vinegar is in Burntide?
Not published. It is named first inside a 525 mg blend, which means it is the largest of the four by weight, and the label stops there. The ceiling is 525 mg.
What is BHB?
Beta-hydroxybutyrate, a ketone body your liver makes from fat when glucose is scarce. Newman and Verdin 2017 describes it as both a fuel and a signalling molecule. Three mineral salt forms of it appear inside this blend.

Is it safe with a ketogenic diet?
